HAC provides job-oriented IT training programs including but not limited to:

• Azure Data Engineering
• AI & Machine Learning
• Tech Business Analyst
• Project Management
• Other professional development programs

Course content, schedules, and instructors may be updated periodically to improve quality.

3. Payments & Enrollment

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment (full or agreed instalment).
• Installment payments must follow the agreed schedule.
• Certificates and final materials are issued only after full payment.
• HAC reserves the right to suspend access for unpaid balances.
• All payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

4. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees paid are non-refundable. In special circumstances, HAC may offer course credit at its discretion. Missed classes may be accessed via recordings where available.

5. Certificates

• Issued after successful program completion.
• Issued only after full payment has been made.

HAC reserves the right to withhold certification if payment obligations are not met.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, slides, recordings, templates, and content are the intellectual property of HAC and are for personal learning use only.

Students may not:

• Distribute materials
• Share recordings publicly
• Resell or reproduce content

Unauthorized sharing may result in legal action.

7. Career Support Disclaimer

HAC provides:

• CV guidance
• LinkedIn optimization advice
• Interview preparation

However, HAC does not guarantee job placement. Hiring decisions are made by employers, and individual effort and market conditions affect job outcomes.

8. Communication Consent

By registering with HAC, you consent to receive email communications, SMS messages, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls regarding:

• Demo reminders
• Payment reminders

9. Limitation of Liability

HAC is not liable for employment outcomes, salary expectations, technical issues beyond our control, or internet connectivity issues during live sessions. Training is provided “as is” for educational purposes.

• Do not share access links publicly

HAC reserves the right to remove any participant violating conduct standards.

11. International Students

As HAC serves students globally, participants are responsible for complying with local laws regarding certification and employment. HAC is not responsible for visa or immigration outcomes.
